What to send us
- About an order — include your order number (it looks like MBX-2610-0042) and we can answer in one reply rather than three.
- A damaged or wrong item — attach photographs of the product and the outer packaging. That is usually enough to resolve it immediately. See our refund policy.
- A question about a product — tell us what you are taking it alongside, so we can flag anything worth discussing with your doctor.
- A consultation — book through the site and we will confirm your slot by email.
- Privacy or your data — see our privacy policy. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Response times
We aim to reply to every email within one working day. Order problems — a missing parcel, a damaged item, a refund that has not arrived — are prioritised ahead of general enquiries.
